Design single pole tarps and trekking pole tents using this free interactive pattern generator. Use the interactive view to move the corner points or input values, and then use the interactive pattern canvas to experiment with orientations to maximise fabric usage
Version 0.1. There might be bugs. Test pattern with a scaled model or paper first.

Manual Editor
The `baseCornersRelative` coordinates are relative to the `apexAbsolute` position (e.g., `rel_x: -100` means 100cm to the left of the apex), in clockwise order from top-left. The visualiser will update when you click away from this text box.

Pattern Layout
Drag and rotate the pattern pieces to see how they fit on your fabric roll width. Export to a 1:1 scale svg and edit in Inkscape or similar for finer grained control. The seam line is shown on the svg if you need to combine panels.
Pattern Geometry Data
This is the 'cut line' geometry (side lengths and angles) for each panel, calculated based on the 3D tent shape. This data can be copied for external use
